These columns will show the odometer readings at the time of purchase, miles driven since last purchase at a fueling site, and the miles per gallon based on recorded odometer readings.

Your invoice will give you a breakdown of both fuel and non-fuel purchases.

In these columns, you can see see exactly what was purchased, how many gallons of fuel, the price per gallon (not including taxes), and the dollar amount for each transaction (also not including taxes).

You will be able to see who made each purchase.

These columns show exactly where, at what time, and on which day a purchase was made. Location information includes the street address, city and state.

Your invoice will show you the amount of any discounts you may have earned and how much you need to purchase to earn even greater discounts.

Your invoice will give you a sub-total for each vehicle, so you can determine vehicle performance. Invoice can also be sub-totalled by department.
